We are so lucky to have had Jennifer as our agent!! We were in the market browsing for lots to build our first house with another agent, who we later decided to drop due to unprofessionalism and not give us the information we were looking for. We were then paired Jennifer through Coldwell Banker late one evening and with-in the first couple hours of having a causal conversation to figure out where we wanted to live, she provided more information than we could have ever imagined. We decided to meet the following weekend to walk through a lot and we fell in love. Following the lot viewing, we met at a local coffee shop and put in an offer with her professional opinion to ensure that seller took us seriously. After some back and forth with the seller, they accepted our offer the same day! This was only the beginning of our journey. We got pre-approved with a bank that was recommended to us by family. The bank was very difficult to deal with and was falling behind with meeting deadline dates we have provided them for closing. Due to us possibly missing our closing date, she was able to get the seller to agree to move the closing date due to the situation that we were in. Jennifer was on top of the bank on a daily basis and ensured that the bank was keeping us updated on the loan process. After dealing with the bank for 2 1/2 months, we were finally approved to close! Jennifer kept us sane throughout the entire process with the bank and took care of everything she said she would. We honestly couldn’t have done it with out her! If you are looking for an agent, she is your girl who will go above and beyond! We will recommend her to any family or friends looking for a home or lot in the Charleston area. My family and I were making a cross country move to an area where we didn't know anyone and we happened to meet Jennifer when we went to an open house that she was the listing agent for, while we were in town visiting the area. Jennifer immediately made us feel welcome and asked us about the type of property we were looking for and asked questions about us so she could fully understand what we needed for our family and lifestyle. She did not immediately try to sell us the house that she was showing as it was not something that would work for our family. That made my husband and I very comfortable as we saw that Jennifer wasn't just about selling us any house, but wanted to help us find our perfect house. We spent the next couple of weeks looking for the right house but nothing seemed to work for our family and the ones that did, unfortunately, we lost to all cash buyers. Once we left to return home, Jennifer kept at it in trying to find our perfect house. She was in constant contact with us by sending new listings that had just hit the market and even went to some of the properties we liked and FaceTimed us so we could see it as close to in person as possible. A few weeks after we went back home, the perfect house came on the market, Jennifer went and walked us thru the property on FaceTime and we jumped on making an offer. There was some back and forth with the sellers but Jennifer's fantastic negotiation skills got us everything we wanted and our offer was accepted. Jennifer is the best real estate agent my husband and I have ever worked with and we are so grateful that we found her and for all her help thru the nerve wracking process of moving to an unknown place. I highly recommend Jennifer to anyone looking to purchase property in the Charleston, SC area. She's the best!!

Buying a house in the Charleston Market is not an easy mission. Having the right agent is crucial. We made the best decision when we choose Jennifer. In a market with almost no inventory, she helped us to buy the first house we wanted! Yes, it is true! A perfect ranch house, in a great area. This was a huge accomplishment! Jennifer was extremely professional, transparent and so helpful throughout the entire process. She really cared about us, and even now that we are moved in, she is so helpful offering tips and advice. You will be surprised how many ideas and connections she can offer, treating you as a family. Jennifer represented me when buying a house in the ultra-competitive housing market of 2021. She showed us tons of properties in the area we were looking at and really helped find the perfect location for us. She knew tons about the area and was able to cater to our exact needs.
